Dear Patients

If you have a query or wish to be seen, you can access our services by calling 01942 481040, by emailing us at gp-p92635@nhs.net, or by attending in person.  Our receptionists are trained in care navigation, and will assist with the following:

​

1. Take some initial information about your concern.

2. Direct you to the most appropriate service

3. They may ask you to send an email for triage by the doctor in order to prioritise your appointment. If you can't use the internet, or don't have access,  they will transcribe your request to the doctor.
